SACRAMENTO – Today, Angelique Ashby announced that the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce Political Action Committee (CHCC-PAC) has endorsed her candidacy for State Senate District 8.
The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce Political Action Committee is a non-profit, non-partisan collaboration of Hispanic business and community leaders. The PAC focuses on protecting the interests of Hispanic-owned and small businesses, job growth, and California’s economic success.
Ashby currently represents Sacramento City Council District 1 and serves as Vice Mayor of the City of Sacramento. Senate District 8 includes the cities of Sacramento and Elk Grove, and most of Sacramento County.
